How do you compete with a tradition like Glühwein at the Christmas markets?
Flöff is a beer based drink, flavoured with cinnamon & apple and warmed to a toasty 70 degrees. It was created to take the chill off thirsty guests at the German Christmas markets and in cold winter ski resorts across Europe.
Glühwein is the traditional drink at these locations. So how can we hope to tempt customers away from something they’ve been drinking for generations?

The answer.
We created a legendary beast, know only as “the Flöff” and used him in advertising and social media to create lots of buzz around our drink and its sales locations.
Here's to the Flöff; the elusive, magical beast that inspired our brew. We raise a glass to him, wherever he may be, for his warmth will forever remain in our hearts and in our glasses.
